Description
Rinse & Soak: Wash 1 cup of Basmati rice 2–3 times until water runs clear, then soak for 20–30 minutes.Boil: In a pot, add 1.5–2 cups of water per cup of rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.Rest: Turn off the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5–10 minutes.Fluff & Serve: Gently fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
