Bring to a boil.Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.Rest: Turn off the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5–10 minutes.Fluff & Serve: Gently fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
